Below is a list of frequently asked questions about Signia by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek. Here you will find answers from airport transportation to our pool amenities to purchasing tickets for local parks and attractions. How much is the daily resort charge and what does it include?
A  daily resort charge of $50 (plus tax) will be charged to your room rate per room, per night and includes:

    • Complimentary Wi-Fi access throughout the resort and public areas for up to 2 devices (excluding meeting space)
    • Two (2) bottles of water daily
    • Shuttle service to Walt Disney World® theme parks and Disney Springs®
    • 15% off retail at Waldorf Astoria Spa
    • Access to Waldorf Astoria Golf Club practice facilities
    • Complimentary golf club rentals after 2pm at the Waldorf Astoria Golf Club
    • Access to the fitness center
    • 4 tubes for at Signia’s lazy river
    • Dinner included for kids 12 and under at assigned restaurant with adult entrée purchase
    • Children 5 & under eat free for breakfast at Harvest Bistro


Is there transportation to/from the airport?

Mears offers transportation from Orlando International Airport to Waldorf Astoria Orlando. Charter Rates including 11-Passenger Vans, 25-Person Mini Bus, Motor Coach, Limousines, town cards and Taxi services are available. Approximate Pricing from Orlando International Airport*

  • MEARS Transportation from the airport to Waldorf Astoria Orlando: $124 for 1-3 people and luggage and $155 for 4+ people and luggage (both rates include tax and 5% gratuity).
    *The driver will be waiting for you inside by the baggage claim escalator holding a board sign with your name.
  • MEARS Transportation from Waldorf Astoria Orlando to the airport: $107 for 1-3 people and luggage and $138 for 4+ people and luggage (both rates include tax and 5% gratuity).
    *Pick up will be outside the WAO front doors.

*Prices do not include driver gratuity; however, customary gratuities can be added. Pricing does not include Meet-and-Greet fees. All rates subject to change. 

Is complimentary shuttle service provided to the outlet malls?
We do not currently provide complimentary transportation to outlet malls.  If you require transportation, our concierge will be pleased to assist in making arrangements.

Do you have onsite parking? How much is parking?
Yes, we offer 24-hour valet parking and self-parking options. The valet parking fee is $54 per day plus applicable taxes. Overnight guests have in/out privileges. The self-parking fee is $38 per day plus applicable taxes.

Do you provide transportation to the theme parks?
Yes, we do.  Enjoy our private luxury motorcoach transportation directly from Signia by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek and Waldorf Astoria Orlando to the four neighboring Walt Disney World® Theme Parks and Disney Springs.

Can I ship a package to/from the hotel?  Are there fees?
With FedEx Office® parcel management service located right on site, you can count on reliable receiving, handling and tracking of your packages.  It is important to note that FedEx Office charges separate handling fees to: receive packages/parcels; to ship packages/parcels; and to deliver packages/parcels to your guest room.

There are also separate fees for daily package storage, should your packages/parcels arrive before you do.  Please email usa5585@fedex.com for information on package handling and associated fees.

Do you have a lost and found? How can I report a missing item?
Yes, we do.  All abandoned personal property is reported to our Loss Prevention Department. To report a loss, please visit our Lost & Found Reporting Site.

How can I purchase Disney Tickets?
For your convenience, tickets for Walt Disney World® Theme Parks may be purchased online by clicking here.  You may also check availability of Theme Park reservations through the ticket link. Tickets for Disney Theme Parks and attractions may also be purchased on-site through our Concierge desk.

How can I purchase other Orlando-area theme park tickets?
Tickets for other Orlando-area theme parks and attractions may also be purchased on-site through our Concierge desk.

Do you provide pool towels?
Yes, all guests are provided fluffy towels by visiting the Towel Hut. Pool towels are for use on the pool deck only. Guests will be required to show their room key card to receive pool towels.

Are the pools heated?

Yes. We adjust our water temperature according to the weather so that it’s perfect year round! Enjoy cool and refreshing waters between 78°F (26°C) and 82°F (28°C) during the summer months, and stay warm with temperatures between 85°F (29°C) and 89°F (32°C) when it’s chilly outside.

Are there any pool restrictions I should be made aware of?
Sorry, no outside food or drinks are allowed at the pool.  Guests are welcome to bring their own pool floats or you may purchase one at the Splash Shop.

Are there height restrictions for the water slide?
Yes, there is a minimum height requirement of 40” to ride the slide. Guests between 40”-48” tall must wear a life jacket.

Do you have a fitness center? What are the hours? Applicable fees associated?
Our fitness center, located on the ground floor adjacent to Harvest Bistro, features a variety of cardiovascular and weight training machines. Access to the fitness center is included in the daily resort charge for guests of Signia by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek. Fitness Center is open 24/7 by using your room key card.  Please note that capacity is limited.

What is your credit card deposit policy?
A credit card is required for all reservations.  A one night deposit will be charged to your credit card at the time the reservation is made.

How long does it take for a Hold Authorization on my debit or credit card to be released?
Holds on a debit or credit card are typically released anywhere from one to fourteen days after the transaction date, depending on your bank’s policy.  Holds on credit card and debit cards issued by a foreign bank may last as long as 30 days.  Please contact your financial institution on their policy.

How may I contact your billing department by telephone?

Photography and Videography Policy 

Signia by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek’s highest priority is the safety and privacy of our guests. Professional and/or commercial photography or videography is not permitted on the premises of Signia by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek without prior written authorization from the hotel management, including but not limited to filming, engagement photos, wedding photos, modeling shoots, etc.  Drone photography/videography is strictly prohibited. Requests to use any area of the hotel as a location for photography or videography should be directed to the Marketing Team at ORLHH-Marketing@hilton.com.  If approved, shoots are subject to fees and schedule restrictions.
